If she is concealed and has no one to do this (driving for her), and she is chaste and safe from fitnah, (then) that isn't a problem. But if it was feared that it is possible for her to go out and drive to her (boy)friend, and to places of pervasiveness and wickedness, then this affair (of her driving) isn't permissible.
